Over the past twenty years, Patrick
Below has authored three books specifically aimed
at CEOs and their Executive Team. His best-selling
book, The Executive Guide
to Strategic Planning, has recently been chosen
by the China Productivity Center as "one of the ten
best U.S. management books." This book is further
distinguished as one of the most practical books focused
on the role of CEOs in organizing and carrying out
the all-important strategic planning process within
a company.
The Executive
Guide to Operational Planning was written as a companion volume
to the strategic planning book. This book provides CEOs and their
Executive Teams with a proven method for ensuring the implementation
of their strategic plan.
The CEO
Challenge, Patrick's most recent book, identifies the specific
challenges CEOs now face in the 21st century. It provides a historical
context for the how the current system of management has evolved.
It then identifies a whole new paradigm of management for achieving
sustainable organization results in today's highly inter-connected,
global environment.

morally and ethically within society.
